Put it in a jar, shake it up, and add a couple of tablespoons to fajitas. Easy peasy.

Fajita Seasoning Mix

Yield: About 1/2 cup of seasoning   Prep: 5 minutes

Ingredients

• 2 ½ tbsp chili powder
• 1 tbsp paprika
• ½ tbsp cornstarch
• 2 tsp onion powder
• 1 tsp cayenne
• 1 tsp cumin
• 1 tsp chipotle chili powder
• 1 tsp garlic powder
• 1 tsp sugar

Combine all ingredients in a container and mix. I use about 2 tablespoons for a batch of fajitas. Check out my recipe here!
