4 Ingredient PB & Banana Chip Cookies

These cookies couldn’t be easier and you technically only need two of the four ingredients.

4 Ingredient PB & Banana Chip Oat Cookies

Yield: 12 cookies   Prep: 5 minutes   Cook: 15 minutes

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 1 cup quick oats
  • 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 2 tbsp all-natural peanut butter

Preheat the oven to 350°F.

In a medium bowl, mash up the bananas with the peanut butter. Fold in the quick oats and chocolate chips.

Spoon the batter onto a lined baking sheet. I use about two tablespoons per cookie.

Bake for 13-15 minutes. Thats it!

Tips for cooking: You technically only need the bananas and oats to make these, you can change up the other ingredients to you liking. Sub chocolate chips for raisins or nuts… peanut butter for almond butter or nothing at all! The first time I made them I just used bananas, oats, and chocolate chips. Personally, I prefer them with the added peanut butter. It give them more of a “cookie” texture.

For storage, I keep mine in an airtight container in the freezer and only take out a few at a time. I find the ripe banana smell very… ripe.
