Goat Cheese & Beet Marmalade Crostini

Goat Cheese & Beet Marmalade Crostini

Yield: 10-12 pieces  Prep: 5 minutes   Cook: 1o minutes



1 loaf french baguette

olive oil

kosher salt

1 jar lemon & ginger beet marmalade 

1- 8 oz package plain goat cheese

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.

Slice french baguette into thin slices. Lightly brush the top of each baguette slice with olive oil and sprinkle with kosher salt. Place slices onto a lined baking tray and bake for about 10 minutes, until light golden brown and crisp.

Remove bread from the oven and spread a layer of goat cheese on top. Top that with some beet marmalade and serve.

So I kind of tricked you in this post because it involves making my beet marmalade first… but its sooooo worth it! This will be a hit at you next party, I promise.
